Welcome to FlourGirl – where simple and unique collide.

FlourGirl is located in NW Peoria. Our micro-bakery is woman & mom owned, born from a passion for baking and sharing sourdough starter infused treats. Our Micro-bakery wes founded in 2023 by Brooke Brice.

It all began when Brooke, graduated culinary school in 2016. She very quickly fell in love with baking and providing her family and friends with all sorts of baked goodies. Once her sourdough starter, “Breadna” was created, the rest is history. Adding Breadna into each of our goodies takes classic baked treats to a whole new level.

Flourgirl plans to expand to offer sourdough breads to the menu. Supporting local will make this dream a reality!
